0This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. 75 of their invoices are incorrect. You cannot get anyone to try to resolve problems unless you talk about canceling your contract. They frequently send the wrong merchandise. Once they even accidentally took a product that a different linen company services. When I tried to contact them about it, everyone said they would try to find them and they would call me back. I heard that for 3 weeks. They were finally able to replace them three months later. I asked our route manager why our invoice is never accurate and he asked me why I need it to be accurate when the driver can make adjustments. They have changed my route rep 3 times in 1 year and none of them can get it right. If you don't currently have a contract with this company, consider yourself lucky and make sure you never sign one.
