This place was the one to go to to have your computer worked on. Lately not sure what is going on with new techs. Took a laptop to have a new screen installed. After a week no call. I placed a call and was told that I needed to place a deposit for screen. They didn't call me I called them. Got that straightened out and they agreed to fix without deposit. Went to pick up only to find I also requested to have Windows 10 installed since OS had to be reinstalled with new screen. I was told that Windows 10 would cause problems on my HP laptop. So basically I paid to have a screen installed on an outdated system. For a little more money I could have bought a new laptop. Techs did not listen to any requests that I had and failed to communicate on any issues. I'll be looking for a new place to have my repairs done.
