Abosolutely awful customer service provided by tall dark haired young man, I was there to get an xbox pkg'd with bubble wrap and put the label I already had in hand and he chgd me just 1.50 for pkging and gave me a recpt' for that and took the xbox which is a months old defective halo reach edition and put it around the corner with only the label I had provided. No reciept or anything to prove I gave him an xbox at all. I waited for several minutes while he waited on other customers with the same disdain, I was not even leaving without proof so I asked for another form of recpt. He took it out weighed it gave me another useless recpt and I had to wait again. This time I said I really didn't feel comfortable leaving it unwrapped and unsecured and he aactually said in a condescending tone 'well it's broke isn't it? I told him yes but that it really wasn't any of his business asked him to give it back. I will now go to another ups carrier just needed to vent about the bad attitude and service this employee has to share with the public!
