Some front staff is sassy. Had to reschedule a cleaning and they said it would be another 6 months before they could see me or I could check in daily for cancellations. Worked specifically with Dr. Santiago. Had a terrible time with him, he has a higher than thou opinion of himself. In an emergency situation, spent all of 20seconds looking over teeth and sent me to get a tooth removed even though didn't even xray that particular tooth. Could not admit fault and had no sympathy for the situation he put me through - and initial pain is still there...
