After withstanding the worst sales person who acted like I was interfering with her social life and who gave me incorrect delivery info, the delivery people were so excellent that I may shop there again. The lead delivery person was Jason.
Dear Lowes Keizer,
Knowledgable people in a place like Lowes should be expected. At the VERY LEAST if they don't know for certain the answer to a question, or even where something is, ASK SOMEONE instead of sending your customers on a wild goose chase. And "oh, sorry bout that" is not a very convincing apology.
Thankfully, Lowes is not my only option
