Loyal customer for years but getting tired of calling and being told my hairdresser will be working all day only to arrive to find out the boss has let her go early! Seems like a very poor system implemented by management considering they don't take appointments you should have reasonable expectation they will be at work on their scheduled day and time. In my opinion this is a management problem. The hairdressers do a great job!
