I have nothing but nice things to say...consultant Kylie was young and amazing, and the dress was the dress I was dreaming about. Had it on layaway and that made my life so easy. The staff called me every month to make my payments and I did. Got a dress I could not afford and looked great down the isle. Love the store, love the staff..may be the other bride was not easy to please.

I have had nothing but a great experience here! Everything went smoothly, the staff was so nice, and my dress and alertations came out perfectly!

Well I had the total opposite of this other review....maybe she was not happy about getting married...because my experience was totally great... I was greated by everyone in the store...and when I found my dress every person including all the other customers clapped and were so happy for me...my alterations were done in one week and Ruth was the kindest person...Terie my stylist is still my friend on my facebook...so I guess its all in how you feel about your day..I made mine AMAZING and I choose not to look at anything negative...

By far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! they were nice when they helped us find the dress. AFter we paid for it, they were TERRIBLE!!!! they ordered the dress late, the alterations they made were not good. the wedding is over now, but the bustle they made did not work at all. it kept coming apart!!!
