There is no ZERO Rating, so I am forced to pick "1". Any other fitness center in Tri Cities would surpass this facility in terms of qualified staff, equipment, contractual implications, scheduling for available times to use facilities, adequate staff to support the pool & gym schedule, cleanliness. VERY Disappointed with this facility after joining and when I approached the owner/manager "Karl" I was treated rudely, unprofessionally and was nearly cussed at. The only thing this owner cares about is $$$$ getting you to sign the contract, after that your screwed. Go anywhere else in this town and you'd be better off.

I felt genuinely cared for by the staff, especially the instructors. The owners were friendly and addressed the few concerns I had very promptly. The classes are really great, and the equipment is nice. They recently repainted, which looks really great.I like this gym because it's no gimmicks and no lies; they tell it like it is and are there to promote fitness and health, not steal your money. I will never go to another gym.

This is the best gym I've ever been to, and I have been to a LOT of gyms in a lot of different cities across the country, even some in europe. So I know what I'm talking about when I say this place is legit. The classes are top notch, the facility is clean and well cared for, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, and the pricing is affordable. They have some new equipment and just remodeled one of their fitness rooms--it looks great! I have loved my experience here, and would never go to another gym.

Unfortunately I cannot rec. this organization. The problems are numerous, the pool and fitness areas are small and outdated as well as the bathrooms. They use a contract to loop you in for a year probably because the outdated facilities do not convince patrons to stay on their own and must be forced to stay by contract. The daycare hours if you have children are very inconvenient and do not work with most schedules. By the way even if you move to a another city they will take 3 more payments from you anyway as we found out. Not a good organization. The owner or managers would not even return my calls whe I had concerns.

Kia Ora Fitness center is a contract only fitness club which means even if you move or lose your job etc.. cancelling the contract with them is costly to say the least. The owners and or managers do not return phone calls and their billing company who also do not return phone calls is located in Arkansas. They take your money and frankly between he outdated pool area,fitness areas and bathrooms it is no wonder they have to use iron clad contracts to keep clients paying. The hap-hazard in house daycare center with fewer hours than a banker by far makes this the worst fitness experience in town. Not good for anyone (lol)!
