I've had terrible costumer service. 15 min wait times in the phone and basically ignored in person. No place to park with a sign that says park at ur own risk. Ended up just leaving. If i was able to choose no stars I would.

I will use the word jerks to keep it family friendly. Came in at 12:40 for a 1 pm reservation and refused to get me a car until exactly 1pm. Zero stars all around. Worst customer service in recent memory
