I started out really enjoying this facility but recently they've really fallen down on customer service. I've complained NUMEROUS times about how they keep it sweltering hot inside (literally about 75 degrees) which turns dangerous when you are trying to exercise and they haven't changed anything or responded to my complaints in any manner. They also have many 'rules' that should make it a better gym and I was excited about when I started, but they fail to enforce their own rules which lately has turned it into a daycare. I absolutely despise going to the gym and have hordes of teenagers running around sitting on the machines and not using them or using them to 'pass the time by' - when I joined I was told (and it is written in my contract) that underage people are only admitted with supervising adults. It has also become terribly overcrowded. The last two reasons are the EXACT reasons I chose them over the YMCA and now they pretty much function on the same level.
