Our Chile en Nogada is a Gourmet version of a Chile Relleno, served in a sweet Walnut sauce. The Mole is a family recipe passed down from generation to generation, made with over 30 different ingredients. We also offer a traditional Guanajuato Pozole Verde, made with fresh green ingredients. Don't forget to save room for dessert. Choose from Tres Leches Cake, Mexican Flan with a touch of Kahlua, or flourless Sweet Corn Cake.
