"I used to have the best laptop.... Then the screen cracked and my friend recommended TxCS. I took my laptop to get fixed and they charged me up the wazooo for all sorts of things. They even said I had to pay an extra 300 because they had to take the whole thing apart. Next thing I know I'm waiting on the laptop for 3 weeks and then I have to wait longer because the computer wouldn't turn on. I get the laptop back and everything I had before was in one folder so I had to sift through everything I once had and reorganize everything how I had it.. They put foreign applications on it. My camera won't work. The sd card slot doesn't work. The other hinge is loose now. It's slower and won't personalize back to what I had it to before. It now gets super hot. These are just a few problems it now has. For the 700 I spent too "fix my screen" I could've bought a brand new laptop. Never again will I go here. Nor will I recommend it. Waste of money!!"

The copperas cove store is the worst..don't ever lose your receipt because they will tell the BBB that since you have no receipt you didn't drop it off there and you won't get your laptop back! Diagnostic is not free either!
