      Mr. Carroll was very pleasant on the phone when I contacted him. I explained that I needed two monuments: one for my sister and one for my nephew. Due to my work schedule however, it would be very difficult for me to meet with him. Mr. Carroll immediately stated that he would meet with me in my office on my lunch hour. We met and within the hour, due to Mr. Carroll's knowledge of his product, I was able to make a decision. His suggestions were great in putting the final touches on the monuments. I am very, very pleased with Mr. Carroll's excellent work and the personalized attention I received. Carroll Memorials made a difficult situation for me much easier from beginning to end.
