if i could give zero stars i would... absolutely horrible. the movers took nearly the whole day to move our stuff when it was all neatly packed in boxes and ready to go. some things we didn't have in boxes included instruments and large, non-square furniture (bed frames, etc.) well, they moved a snare drum (which was in a soft but padded bag) but then decided they "didn't feel comfortable" moving my guitars, one of which was in a HARD CASE! ridiculous! they left an empty box for a snow globe that was on top of all the other boxes and there were one or two items left on top of a TV stand that were pushed off onto the floor rather than being placed on the windowsill, we later found things hidden in closets and behind open doors that they didn't feel like moving so just left there, and in addition to that, they decided they couldn't be bothered to move my bed frame and just left it there along with multiple lamps on the second floor. they got all the boxes out of our living room and kitchen area but barely touched the upstairs! my mother is disabled and she and my father had to spend the whole rest of the night (we moved from a townhouse where our lease was up the next day and we were not permitted to be in the house anymore) trying to scrape together everything they had decided to leave in the house and ended up having to get another truck because that's how much stuff they left! this was the worst moving experience we've had thus far and we will definitely not be using this company again. if you're in the greater philadelphia area, be very careful when choosing a moving company, otherwise you'll end up having to do it yourself anyway!
