      CONSUMER BEWARE! MR. BLAINE COOPER OF BLAINE COOPER PAVING WAS PAID $800 IN CASH (AT HIS REQUEST FOR "TAX REASONS") TO PAVE AND WIDEN MY DRIVEWAY. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS AND HE HAS NOT STARTED THE JOB, RETURNED MY NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS, OR RETURNED MY MONEY. I AM NOW FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION,
