Since I moved up here to Kingston from the city it has been really hard to find good chinese take out.However Wing Shui has good food all the time..and deliver in a timely manner and they have always been courteous..

We have tons of Chinese take-out restaurants in Kingston, but I like Wing Shui because their flavorings are consistent. Other places the food will be great one time, bland the next. Wing Shui is very reliable in that if you liked what you ordered the first time, it will definitely taste just like that the next time you order it--no surprises!
