I can't say enough good things about Ford of Kirkland. Todd Ireland of their Internet Sales Dept. provided extensive help online and over the phone, making my Mustang purchase both easy and efficient.

I went to look at either Focus hatchback or Elantra GT hatchback. I initially went to the for dealership and the staff was quite helpful in connecting me with Hydundai staff. I ended up choosing the Elantra but my experience, although brief, with Ford was pleasant.

Barry was very easy to work with. He helped us figure out that the Fiesta is too small for us, and he helped us test drive the C-Max and Focus on our first visit. On our second visit, we test drove the 2014 Focus Titanium that we ultimately purchased on the spot. Barry was very helpful through out the buying process.
