I'm writing this to make sure no one ends up in my situation. Pacific Motor Works in Kula has the worst business practices I have ever encountered. Not only was I left without a car for 2 weeks longer than expected, but the price ended up being much higher than first agreed upon: about half the value of the car itself. We chose this auto repair shop because they had the cheapest estimate and a reasonable time for the job, but their time and cost estimates turned out to be very unreliable. Had I checked reviews first I would've known. We never received a call when our car was supposed to be done but wasn't. We had to call to find that out multiple times. Good on you for checking reviews first.
