Co-workers at JSM have been friendly and willing to help with anything I needed to get adjusted. Good management, HR is helpful, and overall positive atmosphere. The company is family owned and operated, and therefore very accommodating to work/life balance. Co-workers seem to get along. There are pay increases over the first year of work, paid lunches, and flexible schedules. If you work 2nd or 3rd shift but are not used to working off-schedule shifts, there may be a small adjustment. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about JSM or anybody working there. Show up and do what is asked of you and there shouldn't be any problems.

Good company. Dedicated co workers. Just go to work and head home and everything is well. Nice overtime. Family business. Caring HR staff. Management takes job very serious. As long as everyone does a great job gives 100% than all is well.

well I worked for them 2 months and hate it. They're communication is horrible. They dont train you.You learn things as you go, asking around. If you come across something you didnt know you will get in trouble because they assume you knew it, but no one takes the time to teach you. The supervisor is horrible. She is not professional at all. If she has an issue with an employee she will tell everyone about it. smh!!! If she dont like someone, she finds the way to get rid of them. Trust me Im not exaggerating. She gets away with everything. Dont bother applying there. You'll be treated with no respect. Dont put yourself through that. Im so glad im not part of that jungle anymore.

Well you have to give them a star on here they do not deserve a star not even a half of one Worst company I have ever worked for. They claim they are family friendly and people love working for them. Truth is none of that! The management is like romper room and never has any clue other then "we'll get back to you" then they never do. They do not have a company hand book but claim they have policies when something happens that are NOT posted anywhere for employees to see nor read. The HR department is a JOKE a 5 year old could run that department better then what they do. They say they are bringing the "fun back" is what they tell you when you get hired more like bringing the worst job you will ever have. Do yourself a favor stay as far away as possible.
