0It was our first time buying a home. Glenn Kleint was incredibly thoughough and professional. He really took his time (almost 3 hours) and took over 200 pictures of potential issues. He was honest and made the stressful experience more calming and enjoying. I look forward to using this company again when we purchasing another home.
Glenn made the home inspection an easy process from start to finish! We had to reschedule to accommodate the seller and Glenn was very understanding. On the day of the inspection, Glenn was prompt and very thorough. The verbal overview that he gave us was thorough without being overwhelming. Within one business day Glenn sent us a detailed inspection report, complete with pictures highlighting problem areas. We plan to recommend Glenn and Inspect-It 1st Property Inspection to our friends and family.
We were on our second house, second escrow, and the inspector we used the first time was not available. Our agent heard about Glenn at Inspect-It 1st and we were so pleased! Not only did Glenn arrive timely, he provided a complete inspection, took photos, etc, but he walked use through everything. Glenn took the time to explain things to my husband. At the end, he provided us our report the very next day electronically, and today I received the paper receipt along with a very kind letter and a $5 Starbucks gift card to say thank you for the business.
