I went to this location of AppleBees in December 2013, this day I was so disgusted and outraged! My partner and I ordered the new Chicken & Shrimp Tequila Tango, the food was not cooked and the rice was hard. We notified Mgmt, he apologized and brought Both plates back to the kitchen. Ten minutes later, the entrees came back, this is when we both noticed it was the same meal as before. The cook scraped the food off and plate, then put the food on the same plate. There were fingerprints on both plates, and this time I called for Mgmt and said we were not paying and walked out. Next day I called the State Sanitary office to go in and inspect. This was done and followed up w me.

this place is an awful place to go. the servers and assistant manager at night time are very rude and disrespectful and are not very knowledgable about the menu and over charge you. I will never go to this applebee's again. By the way any manager that let's their employee's drink alcohol and eat their food at the bar during business hours should not be a manager at all. Also I was very offended that they said they wouldn't make my food ( which was 30 mins before they closed) unless I tipped very good.

I have always had a good experience here. Sometimes they mess up my food, but the waiter/waitresses are always very nice.

Love to eat here and its food is great with superior service.
