Shoddy Work, High Bids, False Billing on your Credit Card...They constantly call you seeking work, but when you call them, No answer...Forced to use legal action...

My 73 year old mother was recently defrauded by this company. They took $16,000 from her and they did nothing. They didn't even get approved plans (the plans were rejected due to violations of fire and safety code). We are in the process of pursuing this with the State Contractors Board and the Police Department of Huntington Beach. We're hoping the District Attorney pursues this matter as we just spoke to them today. In total, we calculated that they violated 7 Business and Professions Codes and a Penal Code relative to elder abuse. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I had great service from these folks. I called several places to come out and estimate the cost of fixing a leak in my tub faucet. One place didn't take the faucet apart to view an issue- he took my word for it but spent over an hour looking for things that were wrong in my mobile home- Nick from Quality came out and checked only the things I needed checking and gave me a price for the faucet. I made an appointment and Manny came out to fix the problem with the faucet. He was the nicest guy. I want to add that issues that appear in your home can take several hours to repair. Please be kind to these guys, whoever you choose. Some places send out jerks who do shoddy work and slap on a huge price tag. These people treated me with respect. I give them 5 stars because they aren't the jerks.
