The Arts Council of Lake Oswego, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, was created in 1999 to ensure the arts will continue to be an integral part of life in our community. Through our diverse programs we commit to:Provide access to fine art exhibits for residents and visitorsAdvance lifelong learning through our free Docent ToursPromote dialogue among people of all ages and backgroundsProvide Art Literacy curriculum and free sculpture tours for studentsEnliven urban landscapes while adding value to Lake Oswegos economyStrengthen our community through private and public partnerships

Public Art The Gallery Without Walls outdoor sculpture exhibition is open all year, and is free for everyone to enjoy. The Gallery is comprised of over sixty permanent and loaned works of art. Our rotating exhibit features thirty sculptures that are on-loan from the artists for a period of two years. All other artwork in the Gallery Without Walls belongs to the City of Lake Oswegos permanent art collection. Want to learn more about the sculptures on display? We offer docent-led tours for groups of any size. Contact us to schedule your tour today! Museum & Gallery The 510 Museum & ARTspace is a 1,100 square foot exhibit and cultural center, located in downtown Lake Oswego.
