My husband was working out when the equipment he was using to do pull ups broke at the welding. He fell approx 8 feet and hit his head on a kettle bell. His medical expenses were never covered for THEIR error And no one seemed concerned enough to call and check on him. No concern for customers or their well being.

Terrible customer service , if you cancel your personal training sessions they will continue to withdraw out of your checking acct . They give exscuse after exscuse , I still haven't received my money back that they "accidentally " took out .
