Very very poor with customer service.. they purchased Bay Gulf Credit union and they are not the same caliber as them.. I am looking to go elsewhere.. No one there gives a dam whether you are a customer or not.. In fact they hide their phone number on their websites so you don't call them.. they really don't want to talk to you.. Go elsewhere.. you will be glad you did..oh by the way..stay clear of the Brandon Branch.. they are really not customer friendly. in fact they don't even call you back.. HELLO!!!!

After checking out other banks fees, services and hours I decided on MidFlorida because their fees are less, hours are extended (7:00am - 7:00pm at the frive-thru) and real time deposits (deposits show on account instantly). My old bank requires $500.00 min to avoid a $25.00 monthly fee, where MF requires $250.00 to avoid a $10.00 mpnthly fee.

I was going to open an account with this credit union until I talked with them. They are REAL corporate = REAL scary. They have charges and fees for everything and you must maintain all sorts of minimum balances. This is not a banking institution that you want to have anything to do with because you are nothing but their cash-cow victim. Run!!!

Great hours and great service. All of the branches are state of the art, very classy. The online services are outstanding also.
