      I've been coming here for a few years. Never had any major problems. It is a very busy office. Even the wait isn't to bad. No longer than any other doctors office. Never had any problems getting my scrips called into my pharmacy. Nice people under very stressful conditions.

      After reading previous post re the employees rude behavior and lack of professionalism; I have to agree, wholeheartedly that these young girls, require a jump start in "Working Within A Professional Office and What Not To Do!" Hanging up on patients is bad behavior and will get you fired in a New York second....within any other business but if the office manager, Diane, can hang up on patients, fellow employees will follow suit.



      Lack of courtesy, rudeness of any sort, failure to perform your job, i.e., filling prescription request, should be just cause for immediate dismissal. What is ironic, is the tests required of the physician and based upon these tests, it may require medication. I've been out for weeks now and a call placed prior to July 4th has yet to be filled.

      Tracey seems to be the rudest of them all and this is her job.



      Take it from me, if your living depends on medication, forget this place. It's not a medical facility, rather a kindergarten.
