Vivian is the most caring understanding person.. I had a car from old management I was scared to drive.. I called her with my concerns and she spoke to the owner they put me in a better car that I'm in love with.. Fixed the issues I had with the car in a timely manner... They treat you like family.. You can't go wrong with balboa auto....

After I was told 500. Down the price then added up to 1050 and payments of 359 on top of the rest of the down payment 3 weeks later the car had to be towed in due to issues with the clutch

For the past 5 days I have been blown off not returning my calls keep telling me it will be ready tomorrow and 5 tomorrow's later I still don't have my car back they say buy here pay here and they double the value of the car so that you pay for it twice do not make the mistake of buying from them. Because you have bad credit they make sure they screw you because of your credit and they don't go by the blue book value they double the blue book value
