They clearly don't need new business/patients. I arrived 15 minutes before my 8:30 appointment, and then I sat in the waiting room until 8:53. I walked out with no acknowledgement from the front office staff.

I have visited with Belmar Smiles and Dr. VerSchave several times over the last few years and each time a very pleasant experience! Dr. V explained everything thoroughly and made me aware of what was necessary, what was recommended, and what appeared unnecessary. We made long-term care plans and everything has been working great. She even helped when I lost a crown last minute before a flight out of town - thanks! And Meghan (sp?) is wonderful as well!

This has been a terrible experience. This place will try to waste your time and money, I would never recommend it to a friend or anyone else. I feel bad for the front office staff, as they were quite nice on the phone and in person. Unfortunately, this place won't even let you express your concerns and speak do the doctor, without making you pay for something first, weather or not you need it.

Belmar Smiles lives up to it's name. I was greeted with smiles at my appointment. The staff is cheerful and friendly. It made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I recommend this office to everyone!

Dr VerSchave and her staff are wonderful. I have been a patient for a number of years and I have recommended them to all of my family and friends. They are all very friendly and accommodating. They have stayed late on several occasions to fit my schedule. Megan the hygienist is the best I have ever been to. She is so gentle. Thanks for the great work!

The customer service at Belmar Smiles is horrible. Not only are the staff members not willing to accommodate long term clients, they are not friendly nor willing to listen.Now that the practice has been sold again (to another dentist), the level of quality and service as dramatically declined. With the number of local denists in the Denver metro area, one would think that customer service and level of quality would be at the forefront of your business model. Dental services are never a fun topic of conversation, however, a DDS should recognize that their sustainability is directly related to the level of service that both they and their staff are able to provide. The is definitely not a "smile" on my face after working with Belmar Smiles. As a regular client, I am no longer going to use the services of Belmar Smiles and would urge and existing and/or new potential clients to reconsider their options!
