Extremely helpful! On July 2, 2010 a most kind lady came out from behind the desk t to the car to inspect my mother's diamond ring. Mom thought the setting was damaged. She can't remove the ring and has to walk with a walker. So, this personal care was deeply appreciated. The lady would not take any payment for this service. The peace of mind for my mother is wonderful! Thanks so much! This kind of customer service isn't easy to find!

I had to have my ring cut off my finger and they were able to fix it up like new again, i am supprised at how nice it looks again, I also purchased a 1ct round diamond and i am even happier with it.
