After a most frustrating experience trying to use the warranty I was refused basically because I did not know the cause of the damage. This warranty is useless, this company is awful to work with, save your money! You will need it to pay for repairs.

These guys are a SCAM! Avoid them and do not buy. The stain solution does NOT get rid of everything and they do not replace the stuff although they claim they do. Additionally, they make you jump through hoops to even try and get your stuff. Think rebates times 10!

So far, I am not a fan of this company. They offer a wide variety of products, but it is impossible to find out the ingredients of any of the products that they sell. They claim to be family safe, biodegradable, good for the environment, non-toxic, etc. But I find it a little odd that they do not list any of their ingredients to back up their claims. Given the tendency of corporations to make unsubstantiated claims, why, as consumers, are we expected to believe their claims without any proof?
