Ashleigh is a Licensed Addictions Counselor specializing in couples, men and women seeking to master the keys of Emotional Resilience. Learning the keys to emotional resilience can help you identify the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. In therapy, we can work to rebound and heal from the blocks that are getting in your way- whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relational distress, shame or doubt- so you are not weighed down by these struggles and can show up fully in your life and relationships- experiencing freedom, fulfillment, love and happiness.
