This company has terrible customer service. It rained a little at 6am the morning of my appointment and they cancelled because the roof was wet. OK I understand. I called to reschedule and the rude lady that answered the phone would not help and said someone would call back. After waiting all the next day I called the salesman and he said they would call first thing in the morning to reschedule. Again no call the next day. I then emailed the salesman and asked what was going on and why no phone call. The email was returned with you had better find someone else to do the job. I guess if you call to ask about why they are not doing what they promise, you are made the problem and they just walk away. In my opinion this company has earned only 1 star.

Vent Masters came all the way from Golden to see if we had a proper dryer vent system as it had not been working well. The correct dryer ventilation duct work was in place, it just needed to be cleaned out, which Vent Masters does not do. He gave me a referral for someone who does do vent cleaning and did not charge me anything for coming all the way to our home in the foothills. Great service that deserves referal recommendations!
