Not really happy with Ocean Home Health. They advertise 24 - 7 emergency service and you can not get in touch with anyone. My boyfriend's CPAP machine suddenly stopped working and I was unable to get any service because each number I tried said they were closed! They should not advertise emergency service if they don't intend to supply it!

So, my experience of dealing with OHH has been quite the opposit to what others have said on various websites Overall, all I can say is that you have to be patient and when dealing with them ****** ASK your agent for his/her extension & email ****** this way you can avoid the long wait line on the phone ! P.S - I was informed that since OHH has bought some businesses they are in process of addressing old patients / integrating the businesses and trying to streamline everything - so PLEASE BE PATIENT with them and give them a chance like I did & look I am happy as I am :- ) Got job OHH - All you guys simply ROCK !!! LESS THAN ONE STAR AWFUL ! CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS

I did not receive the equipment they said they sent to me and customer "service" refused to work with me to resolve the problem. It's weeks since I was suppose to have received and started using this medical equipment and I still haven't received it.

Can't really rate this, can't get through on the phone line: "all circuits busy." This is not a good sign.

Very helpful and personalized, Josh went out of his way for me.There still is some good old fashioned customer service in New Jersey nowadays. Kudos.
