I have been trying to receive my shipment for ten day. I informed UPS that I would be available a particular day. and I was. The day of delivery I am sitting in my apartment and just peeked outside and guess what was on the door "sorry I missed". They didn't ring the door bell or knock. Now they are asking me to make arrangement to reship the package. I will definitely tell my shipper not to use UPS.

Just received a package a day ago. Ups did not ring the bell and my package was completely open. I am very upset about the service that ups provides. If you don't want to do the job give it to someone else that will.

Package was supposed to be delivered and it wasn't. They said I requested a "customer pickup", which I never did and why would I when the company delivers packages for a living! Had to call a 1800 number to finally get a person to rectify. We'll see.....

tried to deliver twice and delivery receipt not completed properly. Called to set up time for 3rd delivery which they agreed to and then delivered too early. Called again and would check with driver but never called back or delivered. When you have to pick up a package from a company that delivers for a living is PRETTY BAD!

first package sat on truck for two days, now second package in lakewood warehouse two days so far and no phone number listed to find out if I can just pick it up from there.
