Saw positive reviews from this place so I gave it a shot. Prior to purchasing a 2001 Volkswagen Passat that looked to good to be true I called Ray "Moose". From the first conversation he was extremely knowledgable and had me bring the car in. Even fit me in last minute with a full schedule! Checked the vehicle luckily only had a few minor issues gave me an estimate that was fair and ultimately saved me over a $1K on the price!!! Fair-upfront prices, good customer service, quick turn-around, relaxed environment. What more could you ask for! I will be back .

My wife and I starting out from Lacey, heading home to Victoria, B.C. on I-5, had some serious electrical problems develop with our car. With good fortune, we happened to leave the freeway at the exit for Moose's Tillicum Auto Tech. Daniel quickly diagnosed our problem as a faulty alternator. Daniel and the crew charged my battery, brought in a new alternator to replace my broken one and within three hours we were back on the road toward home. While we were there waiting, we saw how well Daniel and the crew treated other customers. It was very impressive. If you have a problem with your car, go and see Moose's. My dad was using his truck to help me move. We were on I-5 in Friday afternoon work traffic when the water pump went out, and then the belts broke, losing the power steering and power brakes on his truck. We drove on the shoulder and pulled off at the next exit and found Moose's place. We are sure our guardian angel was guiding us. We were worried that 1) we would be taken advantage of being from out of town and 2) that they wouldn't be able to fix it at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon. No problem on either count. I had already called my own mechanic for a quote in case we needed to tow it all the way home, but Moose's price was the same as our own trusted mechanic. His guys had the truck in and out in a couple of hours, and the work was warrantied for a year with a nationwide guarantee. I can't believe our good fortune that Moose's place was the one we were closest to when we broke down. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. ~Deb

I was referred to Moose's shop after my check engine light came on. My husband is in Iraq and I was sure I was going to be taken advantage of. With in 24 hours I was told to come on down. Thinking it was a transmission problem I was skeptical. To my surprise they were able to fix it in-house. I asked how much I owed and he told me to drive it awhile to make sure all was well. It has been great. When I called back to make payment arrangements. Moose informed me this would be a complementary job to the Army, as my husband is serving in Iraq. This was an opportunity to take what he could and instead, gave. I believe this says a lot about Moose as a businessman. I will continue to do business there.

Been doing business with Moose and his crew for seven years. The service I get with them is honest. They don't sugar coat anything. They get things done in a timely manner. I have referred many of my friends to Moose and his crew. They have had no complaints or problems. If there are any problems with my car, they tell me BEFORE they try to fix it. Moose goes the extra mile for a lot of things. They are the best shop to go to. I would not trust my car to anyone else.

I was lied to by the people at Moose's Auto Tech. They told me that they do free diagnostic for AAA members and when I went to pick the car up they would not give it to me without paying. I did not give them written or verbal consent to do the work they charged me for doing, they just went ahead and did it by their own judgment. They told me that it needed a new radiator and it would be around $500.00, but I just had it replaced for $300.00 a couple months earlier. I called a friend of mine that has a shop and he said it was not legal for him to hold me vehicle, but if I complained to WSAG it would take a month or two for them to resolve the case and me get my car back. I couldn't wait that long and was forced to pay anyways. They used a lie to bring my business in, and then trapped me into it by going back on what they guaranteed me. The point is, these people are capable of lying, and are in fact good liars.
