On behalf of a friend: Walked-in for a bleach to transition into a lighter color; Ended up with untouched roots and strands of pink with untouched strands of natural brown. No cosmetologist I have ever known would let a guest leave with this unfinished process. Clearly distressed with the "finished" result, we went back for a refund (they only offered to fix the 250$ mistake). Lisa Parbon barely acknowledged me and spoke to my distressed friend like a child, and even threatened security when I asked simple questions about what had happened. She urged us out the door when we were just trying to understand why it wasn't done properly for the amount that was paid for a simple bleach process. Will never be going back.

I have a couple of really bad experiences at this Super Cut's. I guess you get what you pay for. The manager (Lisa) cut my hair about 6 months ago. It has taken me 6 months to grow it out. I asked for a chin length A-frame bob. My hair after 6 months is finally chin length. Today I took my brother there for a hair cut. He is on SSI disability. We are on a tight budget. Left him there to get a hair cut. Was yelled at by the manager when I returned to pick him up! Said I could not leave him there. My brother walks around on his own all the time. Is very capable of getting a hair cut. And where we live in Lakewood WA. There are so many people worse off then my brother walking around. Unbelievable! So unprofessional! Would NEVER get my hair cut there again! Tried to call and speak with a manager, or get contact info Was told by the same manager to go on Super Cut.com would not provide me the owner info!
