i.e., ADropped off two twin size comforters just to be "washed" since my washing machine is too small to do it. Went to pick them up and the old German lady at the counter was awful. Her customer service skills were much to be desired. When she told me I owed $44 for the bill, I almost wet myself Really? Just to wash? I asked her why was it so much and she shrugged and said "I don't know". Seriously? you work here you should know and be able to give your customer an explanation of the charges. I was soo mad not only of the price but her attitude. I live right around the corner from here and it was convenient for me to use this facility. But now I will drive across town rather than use this place. They will never get my business again. local favorite, or highly recommended because
