HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO!!!!!! I have a wedding coming up this july I went in there to try on dresses, both ladies mother and daughter were rude they seem as if they did not want to help African American people and after hearing my budget which I feel was reasonable they turned there nose up and did not want to let me try on dresses. They told me my hips were too big to try on their dresses there which left me feeling uneasy. I guess she was the owner asked if I had been looking else where for my dress and asked to see pictures of what I liked. She continued to make inappropriate comments about my physique I do not recommend anyone give them business they do not deserve it their customer service SUCKS I wish I didn't even have to give them one star

My mother has a wedding coming up and I went in with her looking for a wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses too, my mother was not too sure of what she wanted but the lady was able to pull some dresses and the first dress my mother tried on was the one! This place was the very first place we went to shopping for a wedding dress and we are so happy we went here first. We are not only getting the wedding dress, but the bridesmaids dresses, and tuxes too. The sales lady was very patient with us even though were at first very undecided with the bridesmaids dresses. We will definitely be going back to her for any future formal affairs. Have already recommended this place to other family members and friends in the bridal party. In all, we are really happy with their service and definitely recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Horrible customer service to people even when they have appointments. I went here to look for a wedding dress and was treated with annoyance and unprofessionalism. After hearing my conservative budget it seemed as if I was not worth their time. They were very rude and their comments were unprofessional about me as we looked at the dresses and tried them on.

I hope people reading this realize that Kuki's Bridal is not as great as others have led them to believe.

Kukisbridals Bridals is the place to go for evening gowns. The tailoring is fast and excellent. I get all my ball gowns there and all of the dresses are one of a kind. You will not encounter someone else wearing the same dress. She also carries kids evening wear as well. I recommend Kukisbridals to everyone.

Kuki's has exceeded our expectations! Both dresses have fit as if they were made for me. She's been so accommodating and was able to hem by measuring and custom fitting my husband's suit pants. It was an excellent experience. Thank you.

Kuki's Bridal is such a great store to shop at. It has a very nice selection and a wide variety of styles. nayma always cares about the customer first. She takes very good care of the store and whoever is helping her always gives great customer service! Never shopping or requesting anywhere else in the AV! So young and fresh!

Sent my out of area daughter there as she is having her wedding locally. She tried on a couple dresses and was rushed to the point she didn't want to try on a third. So much for spending my money locally even though she really liked one of the gowns. Don't go here if you want to enjoy the whole shopping experience. They expect you to try on one dress and get out the door.
