I really wanted to like this place. 1st time in I had a full set and my lashes done. Loved the nails, Marry did a great job. My lashes were not so great, the lady who did them pulled on my lids pretty hard and then got irritated with me when my eyes watered.They were of poor quality, lasted less than a week and wern't really worth getting done again. I went in again, this time just for a fill and was quoted $16. I expected it to be a few dollars more because I wanted a matte finish. I didn't get them trimmed, didn't get crazy designs and my nails had uneven paint. When I went to pay they charged me $33.. the price more than doubled then when I asked them to clarify she acted as though she didn't understand me didn't know any prices and couldn't give me a straight answer. I was disappointed to say the least and felt cheated. I would have overlooked the imperfrctions in my nails had they been honest. I won't be going back.

Awesome! LoAnn is outstanding! I had tried other places trying to find a clean and skillful salon and then I found Pampered Nails. LoAnn was very helpful, patient, kind, knowledgeable. I watched other customers being treated with much kindness and professionalism by other staff. For me it is difficult to read any bad reviews because I know first hand that the staff here truly, truly cares.

I made an appointment here based on the reviews. I had been going to a nail place on J and Challenger; but, was never satisfied. This place rocks! I was given a pedicure by Kent. What a nice young man; very professional. I walked in with a horrible in-grown nail, which was carefully and patiently removed. Now, I feel like dancing! Thank you Kent! It's a little more expensive than that other place; but, well worth it. The place itself is beautifully decorated. Very, very clean and relaxing. You got a customer for years to come.

Made an appointment based on the positive online reviews. Had nails done by Loann, who listended carefully and gave me perfect nails. They last a while and stay fresh looking. She did a great job. Salone is beautiful, clean, large and relaxing. Have been looking for a salon for a while and have finally found it! A bit more expensive than the standard chop-shops, but price point is reasonable for the quality of materials, the care and the salon's great ambiance.

I had my nails done at a shop on Friday. TERRIBLE, they started to lift by today and they looked awful. I went here and they fixed me up! The place is so CLEAN and they are very professional. I loved the honesty of the staff and owner and they did me right. My hands look beautiful! I recommend this place and I plan to make it my permanent nail shop for me and my daugher.

This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. I have been across California from Northern to Southern and this place is my favorite nail salon. The owner and the people who work there are very friendly and very professional. They provide excellent service for a very reasonable price. They listen very carefully to my detailed instructions. I wish that I would have known about this place sooner. I highly recommend this nail salon to all the women who like to play nails.

Once you have your nails done here you will never want to go anywhere else. Truly professional work! Finally, I found a great nail salon in the AV after looking for years. The ladies that work here are just lovely. AND GUESS WHAT you actually pay what you're quoted. I've been going there now for 3 months and i've paid the same amount for the same work each visit. They don't nickle and dime you to tears. The shop is new, beautiful and very clean. Looking at the beautiful shop with a spa atmosphere, I thought the prices would be high. But they are very reasonable and they stick to them. The products they use are very high quality. I say this because I did a lot of heavy cooking and baking over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and did not have 1 nail lift or chip. Unheard of. So if you're looking for professional, high quality work that lasts, I highly recommend this salon.
