Terrible. Once Kurt has your money, he won't help you at all. I was sold a trailer with a zero-snow-load capability to be shipped to Minnesota! They never even mentioned that I might consider a proper snow load roof. Why? Because they want to make cheap sales and move on to the next sucker. Internet searches reveal that the roof I received WILL cave in from snow load. When I called to inquire, they just argued with me. NO help after the sale, just complete jerks. Trailer Country is highly UNrecommended. Don't even think about buying from them. If you do, you WILL be sorry.

Kurt the salesman is just that; a salesman, period! Interested in making the sale, and THAT'S IT! I recently bought a trailer from a company in Ga. he deals with, and while I was THERE AT THE FACTORY, he took a disinterested stance on issues I had with the trailer after I had driven nearly 1000 miles! Still not interested in "making things right" even though he was the dealer of note in the transaction! Left me stranded at the factory to deal with the (rude and arrogant) manager. Did NOT return a call I made during transactions at factory, and now only responds via e-mail. A spineless individual with no conscience about what/how he sells as long as he does make the sale...pitiful!
