I have never had such an appaling customer service experience. We set up a time for Ed Gemkow to come out and give us a bid for a new roof. He came, borrowed a scale architectural drawing of the house - which he "needed" for the estimate and then lost, never returned emails and then ultimately never gave us an estimate. Who can afford to turn down business in the economy? I am mystified and more than a little annoyed.
