I got service from AVS several times in the past and my call was handled promptly and they have certified technician to service the air conditioning and heating unit. For small problems they take care over the phone with their free advice. They make sure that we have real breakdown in the system and not just a dirty filter or batteries in the thermostat or switch off at the furnace before they send their technician for the service. One time, my water heater problem for not heating the water, was not fixed by the installer of different plumbing Co. and after calling 3-4 different contractors i called my AVS Hvac guys for advice to fix the problem which surprisingly in no time They troubleshooted the problem with the mixer valve and adjusted to proper setting temperature.
