My family has used their storage units for over 5 yrs without ANY problems! The resident manager & her helper are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful--even when I forget to pay them on time!! Of course, I have to pay extra per my contract, but they are never rude to me or others. I highly recommend them to my friends & several have told me they were glad they used them. I've never seen either the resident manager or her helper rude to a customer--even though I've seen customers be EXTREMELY rude to them! I can only try to emulate their patience!

I have stored with AAA Mini-Warehouse and have never once had any problems with customer service. When an issue came up I could always go in and talk to not only the resident manager I could talk to the other worker as well. I enjoy atmosphere when I go in to pay my bill, the ladies are always nice and very respectful, and I enjoy talking to them. I will continue to do business with them for as long as I need to store my belongings. I also recommend them to a lot of people I know for their features like security, alarms, fence, resident manager, but most of all for no hidden fee's or charges and for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE a person could ask for.

This place is clean, and the staff is friendly. The gate is easy to access, it is well lit after dark, office hours are convenient and the prices are reasonable.

I would recommend this to any of my friends.
