i learnd long ago to be calm and polite on the phone, it sets the tone for any contact you have with a person.

i called and followed the menu, talked to a nice woman and had a pickup time all in about 1 minute. first rate in my book

FED EX sucks when it comes to speaking with a human being. I only needed to make my delivery a pick up @ Fedex, but 1 hour later, I finally got a human and was able to do this. But only after I had to listen to a nasty message that I could have been helped sooner, if I choose Schedule a Pick up. Well if that is what I wanted to do, I would have called UPS! I now am only shopping with business that use either the USPS or UPS.
