New Life Cleaning is an owner-operated business, which means that I am the one who comes into your home to clean. I have been serving the carpet cleaning needs of the Greater Lansing area since 1985. Most of my business is based on repeat and referral customers. I have customers for whom I have cleaned for more than 20 years. Some have had me back as many as 30 times to clean for them. I use the Bane-Clene system, which is recommended by approximately fifty of the nation's major carpet mills. This hot water extraction system, sometimes called "steam cleaning." efficiently and quietly extract soil and unhealthy matter from the carpet using safe, mild chemicals, pressure and temperature. This process does not require the use of the customer's water or dumping of dirty water on the premises. The hot cleaning solution is pumped from the van, and the dirty water is sucked back to a separate holding tank in the van. I move most furniture and place protective blocks or tabs under it after cleaning. There is no extra charge for most spot removal. If needed fans or blowers are used to help speed the drying process.
