Recently we contacted them because during a recent windstorm, our neighbor's tree dropped a branch through our winter cover and ripped a hole in our pool liner. The water completely drained out of our pool and the winter cover and debris fell into the drained pool. Carl Nosal and crew came to our rescue. He answered our cry for help immediately and measured for the new liner. He and his crew cleared the debris from our pool and disposed of it. When the new liner we chose arrived, Carl Nosal installed it with the help of his crew. They are very professional and know what they are doing, having been in business for over 30 years. The president, Carl Nosal, came out and took the wrinkles out of my liner and repaired my filter. He addressed problems that other local dealers had failed to take care of. I would call him again to handle problems with my pool. I found him to be honest, prompt and fair. A costumer since 2010.

This is not a professional company after waiting two month and giving them half down they never checked my pluming before the improperly installed my liner ,left it with big wrinkles,un even and they never graded my pool .never installed padding or even cleaned up behind there self and had to have them bring back my supplies which they seem to borrow al the time with out permission.

Terrific outfit! A 2nd generation family business now run by the founder's son, I would be reluctant to let anyone else touch my pool or equipment. I always get a fair price and excellent work; if there is any problem, they come right out and take care of it without an additional charge. They also offer me options and explain what the advantages and disadvantages--of various heaters, pumps, pool liners, etc.--are and the cost differentials. They also offer lots of invaluable information on maintaining things myself or on making minor repairs so I can save money. Friendly, professional, I'm a repeat customer and expect to continue indefinitely. Can you find competitors who will offer to do things more cheaply? Surely. But you will end up with 2nd rate equipment and work of lower quality. Not surprising--essentially everyone else in the area learned the business from Nosal. Horrible, dishonest man. Sounds like this guys MO is to take your $ and run. He did the same thing to me. We hired him to put in a pool, they got half way through and call after call the guy never finished. So we had to pay someone else to finish. this guy is bad news.

Awful! Took my money and never came back. Idea of opening my pool was putting in a bad pressure guage and flipping on the main switch! Said he woud be back and never came back!!!
