Target in general is a fantastic, department store, but this particular store in Lansing, Michigan is one that I will never forget. One store employee, in particular deserves a HUGE shout out, pat on the back, and hearty handshake---and that person is SARA. I called the store because this Saginaw Hwy store location was the ONLY Target in the U. S. that had the area rug in the size that I was looking to purchase. Sara listened to my dilemma and then took the initiative to arrange for a transfer of this product to my local Target. She went above and beyond what was a typical store transaction with a customer. I honestly don't know of ANY company that would go to the lengths Sara did to make me a satisfied customer. . . and she did it with a cheerful voice---leading me to believe that there was nothing that could not be accomplished by this lady at this store. My rug will arrive in about a week and I will look at it every day with happy thoughts of Target and Sara and how they worked together to make my living room look fantastic. If I am in the Lansing, MI area , (I live in Illinois), I will go out of my way to shop the store and will seek out Sara.
