      At the American Business Center, we offer a variety of units to accommodate service, retail, and wholesale business and office needs with spaces up to 3000 square feet. The American Business Center is a complex of five two-story buildings containing 113 units on 600' of busy Ulmerton (S. R. 688) frontage between Starkey (Keene) and Belcher roads. The American Business center is a landmark in the Central Pinellas county area. Our most popular unit is 14' x 40' downstairs consisting of a small finished front office with a large work space behind and garage door, and a full 14' x 40' upstairs space for storage, office space or any combination you need. Some prefer to start with a smaller unit and grow as their business grows. We take UPS, FedEx, etc. deliveries while you are away and send and receive fax messages too. The complex is clean, non-industrial and non-automotive. All the buildings have fire sprinkler systems and the best part is that there are 113 businesses on site that continually serve each other's business needs.
