Very poor service. This company destroyed my family heirloom furniture I was sending to my daughter for a wedding present. I paid extra for the so call white glove treatment which I did not receive as evidence by the lack of appropriate packing and mishandling of this one of a kind set made by Henredon furniture in the 1950 when Frank Lloyd Wright was on the design staff, the furniture arrive from Sarasota to Seattle gouged and corners actually broken of. It looks d as is someone had dragged the tops of the furniture upside down on concrete! When the furniture arrived in Seattle my daughter could see no blankets wrapped around the rather primitive crating and, in fact, one of the dressers to the set was lost! The insurance company said it was beyond repair. Orbits is liable for not providing the service I paid dearly for and I demand a refund. I did not get the service I contracted with Orbits to provide.
