Surly response to warranty repair

I spent 832.00 dollars on a cat converter at J&J . 3787 miles later the check engine light is on and having a code read at Auto Zone show an exhaust leak at cat converter. I called and explained to surly manager the problem. His attitude was nasty.and said Auto Zone didn't know what they were talking about and that I should have it checked out somewhere else. Or bring it in and be prepared to leave it until they could find the problem. My problem is themanager immediately goes the offensive if there is a problem. Not a friendly place.

J and J Muffler

This is a great shop! They do great work on mufflers, but they also specialize in trailer work, and sales. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They are one of those shops that can probably do just about anything you want.
